Legal Lab
Spin the Wheel Lab Policies
Spin the Wheel Lab is operated by Casandra Joy Wiley Greene in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico. Shopify powers parts of our website, customer accounts, privacy controls, and U.S. physical-merchandise storefront. Digital Lab Packs, Wheel Plus, and Vortex Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
The Spin the Wheel Lab policies on this page govern your use of our products, features, content, and services. Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, payment providers, and fulfillment providers may also apply their own terms and privacy notices to the portions of a transaction or service they operate. Their policies supplement rather than replace our policies or any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Legal Terms
Supplemental Privacy Notice
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
This Supplemental Privacy Notice explains how Spin the Wheel Lab processes personal information in connection with its wheel tools, digital products, subscriptions, artificial intelligence features, customer-access systems, support tools, shared links, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It supplements the general Privacy Policy displayed through our Shopify-powered website. The Shopify Privacy Policy continues to apply to the storefront, Shopify accounts, checkout, and other Shopify-powered activity. This Notice provides additional information about Spin the Wheel Lab-specific Services.
The person responsible for the processing described in this Notice (the “Controller” or “Responsible Party”) is Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, operating as Spin the Wheel Lab, a persona física con actividad empresarial. Our business domicile is Boulevard Salomón González, Exterior 4251, Interior 6, Colonia Patria Nueva, C.P. 29045, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@spinthewheellab.com.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Notices
This Notice applies to personal information processed by Spin the Wheel Lab through the Services. Separate notices and terms may apply at checkout or when a third party independently determines how and why it processes information. For example, Shopify and Lemon Squeezy provide their own privacy information for activities they control.
If this Notice and another Spin the Wheel Lab notice appear inconsistent, the notice that most specifically describes the applicable feature or transaction will govern to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Notice limits privacy or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the features used, we may process the following categories of information:
- Identity and contact information: name, email address, and information voluntarily included in communications.
- Account and entitlement information: Shopify customer identifier, customer tags, product purchased, subscription plan, subscription status, access rights, and related account information.
- Transaction information: product, order, subscription, refund, chargeback, tax, currency, and transaction identifiers received from Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, or another payment provider. We do not receive or require complete payment-card numbers through our general-purpose forms.
- Wheel and creator content: wheel labels, prompts, topics, settings, preferences, teams, notes, uploaded or linked images, custom business links, and other content a user chooses to enter.
- AI information: prompts, topics, selected modes, current wheel content, generated results, usage counts, moderation results, and issue-report context.
- Support and feedback information: name, email, inquiry type, product or wheel name, approximate purchase date, expected access, message, limited page-path information, and troubleshooting details.
- Device and technical information: browser or user-agent information, IP address and network information processed by infrastructure providers, timestamps, request metadata, security signals, and limited diagnostic information.
- Usage and analytics information: page interactions, device or browser category, approximate location derived from IP address, traffic source, feature interaction, and similar measurement information when optional analytics are permitted.
We do not necessarily process every category for every person. Please do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, biometric information, student records, precise financial information, or other sensitive personal information into wheels, AI prompts, reports, or support forms.
3. Where Information Comes From
We may obtain information:
- directly from you when you create an account, make a purchase, configure a wheel, use AI, or contact support;
- from Shopify when you use a Shopify account, storefront, checkout, or customer feature;
- from Lemon Squeezy when you purchase or manage a digital product or subscription;
- from payment and fulfillment providers involved in a transaction;
- automatically from your browser, device, or interactions with the Services; and
- from security, analytics, and infrastructure providers assisting us in operating the Services.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process information for the following purposes and, where applicable, legal bases:
- Provide requested Services and perform contracts: process purchases, create or connect accounts, activate entitlements, provide subscriptions and digital products, generate requested AI content, and respond to support requests.
- Operate and secure the Services: authenticate users, maintain infrastructure, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, enforce usage limits, diagnose failures, and protect users and the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations: maintain legally required tax, accounting, transaction, refund, consumer-protection, and dispute records and respond to valid legal process.
- Pursue legitimate interests: improve functionality, understand technical performance, investigate misuse, manage customer relationships, develop features, and establish or defend legal claims, provided those interests are not overridden by applicable rights.
- Act with consent: use optional analytics, personalization, or marketing technologies where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn through available privacy controls.
Providing information identified as required at checkout or in a form may be necessary to complete a transaction, provide requested access, or answer a request. Optional fields may be left blank. If required information is not provided, the corresponding Service or response may be unavailable.
5. Vortex AI and OpenAI
Professor Vortex and related AI tools transmit user prompts, wheel topics, current wheel content, requested settings, and related instructions through Spin the Wheel Lab’s Cloudflare infrastructure to OpenAI for content generation and safety moderation. OpenAI may process prompts, generated outputs, technical metadata, and moderation information under its applicable business and API terms.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable. Users must review and independently verify generated content before relying on or presenting it. AI must not be used for medical, legal, financial, employment, educational-record, emergency, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.
Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive personal information to an AI feature. The adult account holder is responsible for ensuring that submitted content is lawful and that all necessary rights and permissions have been obtained.
6. AI Issue Reports and D1 Records
AI issue reports are sent only when a user chooses to submit a report. A report may include contact or customer information, customer tags and access status, the relevant wheel and page path, the AI topic, action, mode, prompt, current list, generated result, the user’s message, browser or user-agent information, viewport information, and limited diagnostic context.
Reports are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and used to investigate defects, provide support, improve AI functionality, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Users should review report content and remove unnecessary personal or confidential information before submitting it.
7. Lab Notes, Purchase Support, and Google Services
When a user submits a Lab Note or purchase-support request, we may collect the user’s name, email, inquiry type, product or wheel name, approximate purchase date, expected access, message, limited page path, submission time, and limited browser information. These submissions may be transmitted through Google Apps Script and stored in a restricted Google Sheet or other Google Workspace service.
Support forms are intended for adult account holders, purchasers, parents, guardians, educators, and other adults. Do not include passwords, complete payment details, government identifiers, health information, student records, or other sensitive information.
8. Accounts, Purchases, and Entitlements
We use email addresses, Shopify customer identifiers, customer tags, Lemon Squeezy transaction or subscription events, product identifiers, and entitlement status to connect purchases to Shopify customer accounts and provide or remove access to applicable products and subscription features.
Digital Lab Packs, Wheel Plus, and Vortex Pro may be processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for applicable transactions. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, payment, tax, fraud, refund, chargeback, and subscription information under its own terms. Spin the Wheel Lab receives information reasonably necessary to fulfill the purchase and manage access.
9. Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise may be purchased through Shopify and fulfilled through Printify and its print or logistics partners. Shopify, payment providers, Printify, and applicable fulfillment providers may process the purchaser’s name, email, shipping and billing information, order details, payment status, fraud signals, and other information needed to process, manufacture, ship, support, refund, or resolve an order.
10. Local Storage, Session Storage, and Similar Technologies
Spin the Wheel Lab uses browser local storage and session storage to remember wheel content, settings, saved dashboards, feature state, interface preferences, sound or voice choices, presentation settings, access previews, and temporary session information. Information held exclusively in local browser storage generally remains on the device unless the user chooses a feature that transmits or shares it.
Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing devices or browsers, or blocking required storage may remove saved information or prevent parts of the Services from functioning.
11. Cookies, Analytics, and Privacy Choices
Required cookies and similar technologies support login, account access, security, cart and checkout functions, subscriptions, and core site operation. Optional technologies may support personalization, analytics, or marketing.
We use Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics. Where required, optional analytics operate according to the choices made through Shopify’s customer privacy controls. Users may accept, decline, or modify optional choices through the site’s cookie and privacy-preference tools.
Spin the Wheel Lab does not currently use the Pinterest Tag for website tracking. If we introduce Pinterest advertising technology or another materially different tracking provider, we will update our disclosures and consent controls before using it where required.
12. Encrypted Shared-Wheel Links
When a user creates a supported shared-wheel link, the wheel state is encrypted in the browser using AES-GCM. The encrypted payload is stored temporarily through a Cloudflare-based link vault. The decryption key is placed in the URL fragment and is intended to remain with the shared link rather than being sent to the vault.
Anyone who receives the complete shared link may be able to open and decrypt the shared wheel. Users are responsible for choosing recipients carefully and must not place sensitive personal information in a shared wheel. Encrypted records normally expire automatically after 7 or 30 days depending on link type, subject to technical or legal exceptions.
13. Global Spin Counter
The Services may increment and display an aggregated global spin count using Cloudflare Workers and a D1 database. The application stores the aggregate count rather than a list of individual spins. Cloudflare may nevertheless process ordinary request metadata, including IP address, user-agent, and security signals, to deliver and protect the endpoint.
14. Service Providers and Recipients
Depending on the Service used, recipients may include:
- Shopify: storefront, accounts, commerce, checkout, analytics, and customer privacy controls;
- Lemon Squeezy: merchant of record for applicable digital purchases and subscriptions;
- OpenAI: AI generation and safety moderation;
- Cloudflare: networking, security, Workers, storage, link vault, D1 databases, and related infrastructure;
- Google: Google Analytics, Apps Script, Sheets, and Workspace support processing;
- Printify and fulfillment partners: production and fulfillment of physical merchandise;
- PayPal and other payment providers: payment processing where selected;
- professional advisers and authorities: accountants, legal advisers, insurers, auditors, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other recipients where reasonably necessary or legally required.
A provider may act as our processor or service provider for some activities and as an independent controller for others. Its own privacy terms may apply to activities it independently controls.
15. International Processing and Transfers
Spin the Wheel Lab is operated from Mexico and serves customers in countries supported by its commerce providers. Information may be processed in Mexico, the United States, and other countries where our providers and their subprocessors operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in the user’s location.
Where required, international transfers are handled through legally recognized mechanisms, contractual protections, provider transfer frameworks, or other safeguards available under applicable law. Users may contact us for additional information about safeguards relevant to their information.
16. Retention
Unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for an unresolved dispute, security matter, or legal claim, our intended retention schedule is:
- general support requests and Lab Notes: deletion within 24 months after resolution;
- AI issue reports: deletion within 12 months after resolution;
- encrypted shared-wheel vault records: automatic expiration after 7 or 30 days according to link type;
- AI request and usage records: deletion or aggregation within 12 months;
- security, fraud, and abuse records: up to 36 months;
- account and entitlement records: while active and ordinarily up to 24 months afterward;
- transaction, tax, refund, accounting, and chargeback records: for periods required by applicable law or a merchant-of-record or payment obligation;
- analytics information: according to our configured provider settings and the user’s privacy choices; and
- backups: until overwritten through the ordinary backup-rotation cycle.
We may retain a minimal record of a request or transaction where necessary to demonstrate compliance, honor an opt-out, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims.
17. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Spin the Wheel Lab does not sell personal information for money. Some laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly and may treat certain advertising or cross-context tracking disclosures as covered activity even when no money is exchanged.
We currently use optional analytics as described above and do not currently use the Pinterest Tag. If covered advertising or sharing is introduced, eligible users will be given any notice, consent mechanism, or opt-out required by applicable law. We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of children.
18. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted access, encrypted transmission, signed webhook requests, short-lived authenticated sessions for applicable AI features, encrypted shared-wheel payloads, and access controls provided by our infrastructure partners.
No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, email accounts, passwords, and shared links and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
19. Adult Creators and Child Audience Participants
Accounts, purchases, creator controls, AI tools, support forms, and privacy-request forms are intended for adults. Children may be members of an audience or participate in an activity directed and supervised by a parent, guardian, educator, or other responsible adult, but children should not independently submit personal information or use account-holder functions.
Adult users must not enter a child’s personal information, student record, educational record, image, voice recording, contact information, or other regulated information into a wheel, AI prompt, report, or shared link unless they have established a lawful basis and all required authority. Spin the Wheel Lab is not a student-information system or educational record service.
If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information in circumstances requiring authorization that was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address it. A parent or guardian may contact us at the address below.
20. Automated Processing
AI features automatically generate requested creative or informational wheel content, and automated systems may moderate prompts, enforce usage limits, identify technical abuse, or determine product access from verified transaction and customer tags. Spin the Wheel Lab does not use these systems to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning employment, credit, housing, education admissions, healthcare, insurance, or comparable high-stakes matters.
21. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, know about, correct, rectify, delete, cancel, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal information; withdraw consent; limit use or disclosure; opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and lodge a complaint with a competent privacy or consumer-protection authority.
Mexican data subjects may exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (“ARCO”) and may request limitation of use or disclosure or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
22. How to Exercise Privacy and ARCO Rights
Send a request to hello@spinthewheellab.com with the subject line “Privacy / ARCO Request.” Please include:
- your full name and the email address associated with your account or request;
- the right you wish to exercise;
- a clear description of the information or processing involved;
- any relevant order, transaction, or report identifier; and
- information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect the account.
Do not send an unredacted government identification document unless we specifically determine that it is reasonably necessary and provide appropriate instructions. We may request additional verification, particularly before disclosing or deleting account information. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents and parents or guardians may be required to demonstrate their authority.
Some information may be retained where deletion is restricted by law or reasonably necessary for transactions, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal claims. Requests involving information independently controlled by Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, Google, or another provider may also need to be directed to that provider.
23. Limiting Use, Withdrawing Consent, and Complaints
Optional cookie and analytics choices may be changed through the site’s privacy-preference controls. A user may unsubscribe from any future promotional email through the unsubscribe method in that message. We do not currently send routine marketing email, and a purchase or support request will not by itself be treated as consent to unrelated marketing where consent is required.
Questions, objections, and complaints may be sent to us first so we can investigate. Individuals may also have the right to complain to a competent authority in Mexico or in the jurisdiction where they live. Contacting us does not waive that right.
24. Required Disclosures and Business Changes
We may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; protect rights, property, safety, and service integrity; enforce applicable terms; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If Spin the Wheel Lab undergoes a reorganization, sale, transfer of operations or assets, financing, merger, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and continued protection appropriate to the information.
25. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice to reflect changes in the Services, providers, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Legal Terms
Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Spin the Wheel Lab, including our website, customer accounts, wheel tools, digital products, Lab Packs, Snap Spins, subscriptions, Wheel Plus, Vortex Pro, Professor Vortex and other artificial intelligence features, shared links, physical merchandise, content, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, doing business as Spin the Wheel Lab, a persona física con actividad empresarial, with a business address at Boulevard Salomón González, Exterior 4251, Interior 6, Colonia Patria Nueva, C.P. 29045, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico (“Spin the Wheel Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, making a purchase, starting a subscription, clicking to accept these Terms where that option is presented, or otherwise using the Service after having a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account, make a purchase, or use the Service.
1. Contracting Party and Third-Party Platforms
Spin the Wheel Lab provides the Service and is responsible for these Terms. Certain transactions and functions are provided or processed through third parties. Digital products and subscriptions may be sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for applicable transactions. Shopify powers portions of our storefront, accounts, analytics, and physical-merchandise checkout. Printify and its providers may manufacture and fulfill physical products. PayPal and other providers may process payments.
Your relationship with a third-party provider may also be governed by that provider’s buyer terms, privacy policy, payment rules, and other applicable policies. Nothing in these Terms alters obligations that a merchant of record or other provider independently owes to you.
2. Adult Account Holders and Child Audience Participants
Accounts, purchases, creator tools, AI features, support forms, and subscription management are intended for adults who have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may not independently create an account, make a purchase, use creator or AI tools, or accept these Terms.
Children may be members of an audience or participate in an activity conducted and supervised by a parent, guardian, educator, or other responsible adult. The adult wheel creator is responsible for supervising the activity, choosing suitable content, obtaining any necessary permissions, and complying with applicable child-safety, school, privacy, and educational requirements.
The Service is not a student-information system and must not be used to store student records, educational records, sensitive information about children, or information governed by school or child-privacy obligations unless we expressly offer a compliant feature for that purpose under separate written terms.
3. Accounts and Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current information where reasonably required for an account, purchase, entitlement, or support request. You may not impersonate another person, create an account with information you are not authorized to use, or access another person’s account without permission.
You are responsible for protecting your devices, email account, login credentials, and complete shared links and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Notify us promptly at hello@spinthewheellab.com if you reasonably believe your account or paid access has been compromised.
4. Personal, Classroom, Event, and Internal Business Use
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable charges, you may use the Service for personal activities and for ordinary adult-directed classroom, family, event, creator, presentation, and internal business activities. This permission allows you to display and operate a wheel for your own audience, students, customers, employees, or event participants.
It does not permit you to resell access, sublicense the Service, distribute our source files, sell copied Lab Packs or artwork, operate the Service as your own software-as-a-service product, remove proprietary notices, or use our protected materials to build or train a competing product.
5. Digital Products, Lab Packs, and Licenses
Unless clearly identified otherwise at checkout, a Lab Pack is a one-time digital purchase and does not automatically renew. A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the included functionality for authorized purposes under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of software, source code, artwork, characters, branding, designs, databases, or other intellectual property.
Digital access may depend on a compatible browser and device, an authorized Shopify customer account, verified purchase tags, Cloudflare infrastructure, Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, and other systems. Unless a product description expressly and lawfully guarantees a fixed period, a one-time digital purchase does not mean that every interface, integration, implementation, or third-party dependency will remain unchanged forever.
If we permanently discontinue the essential paid functionality of a one-time digital product within a period in which mandatory law requires continued conformity or a remedy, we will provide the remedy required by that law. Nothing in this section eliminates a non-waivable digital-product right.
6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Wheel Plus, Vortex Pro, and other offerings clearly identified at checkout as recurring subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled. Before purchase, the checkout or offer will identify the applicable price, currency, billing frequency, principal benefits, and recurring nature of the transaction.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lemon Squeezy or another identified merchant of record and its payment providers to charge the recurring price, applicable taxes, and other charges expressly accepted at checkout to your selected payment method at each renewal.
Subscription benefits are available only while an active paid entitlement can be verified, subject to any grace period, cancellation access, or mandatory right described in the applicable billing policy.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or another cancellation method made available for that subscription. If you cannot access the available method, contact hello@spinthewheellab.com for assistance.
Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal charges and allows access through the end of the already-paid billing period. After that period, subscription-only features and limits may be removed or reduced. Merely stopping use, clearing browser data, or deleting a local wheel does not cancel a subscription.
Charges already processed and any applicable refund or withdrawal rights are addressed in the Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy and by the merchant of record. Spin the Wheel Lab does not currently offer subscription pausing unless a different option is expressly presented.
8. Prices, Taxes, Currency, and Future Price Changes
We may introduce, change, or discontinue products, plans, promotional offers, and prices prospectively. The price and currency displayed at checkout govern that transaction, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error where permitted by law.
A change to the price of an active recurring subscription will not retroactively change a billing period already paid. A new renewal price will take effect only for a future renewal after any notice and consent process required by applicable law or the merchant-of-record platform. Where required, customers will have an opportunity to cancel before the changed renewal price is charged.
Promotional or introductory pricing may expire according to its stated terms. A later discount or price reduction does not create a retroactive price-adjustment right unless we expressly offer one or applicable law requires it.
Taxes, currency conversion, and payment fees may be determined or collected by Lemon Squeezy, Shopify, PayPal, a financial institution, or another applicable provider.
9. Failed Payments, Refunds, and Payment Disputes
If payment fails, expires, is reversed, refunded, charged back, or remains unpaid, paid access may be placed into a reasonable grace period, restricted, or suspended in accordance with applicable law and the merchant-of-record process.
Refund and cancellation rights vary by product, transaction, location, whether digital performance has begun, and mandatory law. The Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy provides additional details and is incorporated into these Terms.
Contact support about a billing concern before initiating a payment dispute where practical. Nothing in these Terms prevents a good-faith dispute involving an unauthorized, fraudulent, duplicate, defective, undelivered, or otherwise lawfully disputed transaction. Knowingly false or abusive disputes may result in lawful access restrictions and preservation of relevant records.
10. Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise is currently offered only for eligible United States delivery addresses unless stated otherwise. Merchandise may be purchased through Shopify and manufactured or fulfilled by Printify, its print providers, fulfillment partners, and carriers.
Many products are made to order. Normal differences in color, placement, dimensions, materials, texture, and print appearance may occur between a digital screen or mockup and the physical product. These normal variations do not eliminate remedies for goods that are defective, materially not as described, damaged, or otherwise nonconforming under applicable law.
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Physical-product returns, replacements, shipping issues, and refunds are governed by the applicable store, shipping, and refund policies together with mandatory consumer rights.
11. Wheel Operation, Randomness, and Weighting
The wheel is a general-purpose entertainment, activity, presentation, and decision-support tool. A standard wheel may assign equal weight to segments, but creators can configure different segment weights. When weights differ, outcomes are intentionally not equally probable. “Fair,” “verified,” or similar descriptions mean that the software is intended to select according to the configured eligible segments and weights; they do not mean every segment has an equal chance unless equal weights are configured.
Technical randomness does not guarantee that a short sequence will appear evenly distributed. A fairness simulation or test is illustrative and cannot predict a particular spin. Browser, device, code, animation, state, configuration, connectivity, and other failures may affect operation.
The adult creator must review segment eligibility, weights, elimination settings, duplicate entries, and the selected winner before awarding anything of value. Spin the Wheel Lab is not a certified lottery, gambling, raffle, drawing, audit, or regulated random-selection service.
12. Giveaways, Promotions, Prizes, and Contests
If you use the Service for a giveaway, promotion, contest, prize, classroom reward, employee activity, or public event, you—not Spin the Wheel Lab—are the organizer and are responsible for official rules, eligibility, disclosures, free-entry requirements, registration or bonding, prize descriptions and values, taxes, permissions, platform rules, winner verification, accessibility, fulfillment, and compliance with all applicable laws.
You may not use the Service for unlawful gambling, an unlawful lottery, deceptive promotion, manipulation of a winner, or any activity requiring a regulated system or license that you do not have. Do not represent that Spin the Wheel Lab sponsors, administers, endorses, certifies, or guarantees your promotion without prior written permission.
13. Professor Vortex and Other AI Features
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, outdated, unexpected, repetitive, or unsuitable. You must review and independently verify outputs before using or presenting them. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological, educational-record, or other regulated professional advice.
Do not rely on AI for emergency, safety-critical, employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal, disciplinary, admissions, or other high-stakes decisions. Do not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless you have lawful authority and the feature is expressly designed for it.
AI features may depend on OpenAI and other providers, moderation systems, model availability, rate limits, subscription level, and technical capacity. The separate AI Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms and contains additional requirements.
14. User Content and Your Responsibilities
“User Content” includes wheel labels, prompts, results, team or participant names, notes, settings, business messages and links, images, uploads, reports, feedback, and other content you provide. As between you and Spin the Wheel Lab, you retain any ownership rights you have in original User Content.
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and lawful authority necessary to submit, display, share, and use your User Content. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality, appropriateness, and consequences.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, sexually abusive, hateful, privacy-invasive, or designed to facilitate wrongdoing. You may not upload malware, tracking content intended to deceive recipients, or links using unsafe or disguised URL schemes.
15. License Needed to Operate the Service
You grant Spin the Wheel Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, format, display, encrypt, store temporarily, and technically adapt User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
This operational license ends when the relevant content is deleted from active systems, except for temporary backups, legally required retention, unresolved reports or disputes, and content that you intentionally shared with others and that remains in their possession.
16. Shared Links and Third-Party Recipients
Anyone who receives a complete shared-wheel link may be able to open, use, and further share the wheel. Although supported vault links encrypt wheel content and keep the decryption key in the URL fragment, encryption does not prevent an authorized recipient from copying or redistributing the complete link or visible content.
Do not place confidential, regulated, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in a shared wheel. You are responsible for choosing recipients and obtaining any permission necessary to disclose participant names, images, business content, or other information.
17. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit an idea, suggestion, feature request, bug report, recommendation, or other feedback about the Service, you grant Spin the Wheel Lab a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, adapt, implement, publish, commercialize, and otherwise use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
This feedback license does not transfer ownership of unrelated User Content included solely to demonstrate a problem, and it does not override the Supplemental Privacy Notice.
18. Spin the Wheel Lab Intellectual Property
The Service and its protected elements are owned by Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, Spin the Wheel Lab, or applicable licensors. Protected elements may include Spin the Wheel Lab, Professor Vortex, Snap Spins, Lab Packs, Wheel Plus, Vortex Pro, names, branding, trade dress, characters, logos, artwork, illustrations, animations, icons, sounds, designs, wheel designs, interfaces, text, software, source and object code, algorithms, prompts, templates, databases, compilations, and proprietary functionality.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest is transferred through use, subscription, or purchase. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Prohibited Copying and Technical Misuse
Except where a restriction is prohibited by law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, mirror, frame, scrape, crawl, systematically extract, clone, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, or create a competing or derivative service from protected portions of the Service without written permission.
You may not use bots, scripts, automated requests, data-mining tools, or AI systems to extract, train on, imitate, or reproduce substantial proprietary content, software, characters, designs, or functionality; circumvent authentication, paywalls, limits, or customer tags; probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization; interfere with operation; or introduce malicious code.
20. Additional Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
- share, resell, or publicly distribute paid credentials or unauthorized access;
- manipulate weights, eligible entries, results, or representations in a deceptive promotion;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with Spin the Wheel Lab;
- harass, exploit, threaten, or harm others;
- use the Service to collect information from children in violation of law;
- send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive links;
- overload, attack, disrupt, or materially impair the Service; or
- help another person perform prohibited conduct.
21. Usage Limits and Reasonable Use
Features may have generation, frequency, segment, storage, bandwidth, account, entitlement, or other limits. Limits may differ by plan and may be adjusted prospectively to manage cost, capacity, provider constraints, security, abuse, or product design.
We may enforce documented limits and temporarily restrict excessive automated activity, attacks, unauthorized sharing, circumvention, or use that materially threatens the Service or other users. A material reduction affecting an active paid subscription will receive any notice or remedy required by law.
22. Service and Code Changes
Spin the Wheel Lab is an evolving Service. We may maintain, patch, correct, update, redesign, add, remove, replace, or discontinue code, interfaces, wheel behavior, artwork, themes, plans, tools, AI models, providers, integrations, limits, and other functionality for product, security, legal, operational, compatibility, capacity, or business reasons.
We will not use this clause to retroactively change the price of an already-paid period or remove a non-waivable remedy. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of an active paid service, we will provide advance notice, continued access, cancellation rights, a proportionate remedy, or another measure where required by applicable law.
We may immediately change or suspend functionality when reasonably necessary to address a security issue, legal requirement, provider failure, active abuse, or material threat.
23. Availability and Maintenance
We work to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or universally compatible operation. Maintenance, upgrades, traffic, capacity limits, internet or power failures, software defects, cyber incidents, regulatory action, and third-party outages may interrupt access.
We may perform planned or emergency maintenance. Where practical, we may communicate a material extended interruption, but we do not guarantee advance notice for emergencies or events outside our control.
24. Local Storage, Saved Content, and Backups
Some wheels, dashboards, preferences, sounds, and settings are stored in the browser rather than in a permanent cloud account. Clearing data, using private browsing, changing devices or browsers, storage limits, software updates, or device failure may remove that information.
Maintain independent copies of content important to you. Shared-link records also expire. Unless we expressly offer a separately described backup service, Spin the Wheel Lab is not an archival or system-of-record service.
25. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with or link to Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Google, Printify, PayPal, QR-generation services, shipping carriers, content-delivery services, and other third parties. Their systems, terms, availability, and independent conduct are outside our direct control.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for an independent third party’s acts, omissions, content, checkout decisions, outages, policies, or security incidents. This does not remove any responsibility Spin the Wheel Lab has for selecting and managing its own service providers under applicable law.
26. No High-Risk or Mission-Critical Use
The Service is designed for general entertainment, creative, classroom-activity, presentation, promotional, productivity, and ordinary decision-support uses. It is not designed or certified for emergency response, life support, healthcare, legal deadlines, financial trading, regulated gambling, elections, government benefits, disciplinary decisions, safety systems, or other uses where failure or an incorrect result could cause serious harm.
You are responsible for human review, supervision, appropriate alternatives, backups, accessibility, and safeguards suitable for your activity.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Spin the Wheel Lab disclaims implied and statutory warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, security, compatibility, and freedom from errors or harmful components.
We do not warrant that a wheel, AI output, shared link, saved setting, integration, promotion, or third-party service will meet every user’s needs or remain available indefinitely. Nothing in this section excludes a guarantee, warranty, conformity obligation, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spin the Wheel Lab and Casandra Joy Wiley Greene will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, wheel configurations, or business interruption arising from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a product, subscription, or the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount the claimant paid for the specific product or Service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event; or (b) USD $100.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, violation of non-waivable privacy obligations, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
29. Indemnification
If you use the Service primarily for business, professional, promotional, organizational, or commercial purposes, then to the extent permitted by law you agree to indemnify Spin the Wheel Lab and Casandra Joy Wiley Greene against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful User Content, your unlawful promotion or prize activity, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not impose an indemnity on a consumer where doing so would be prohibited or unfair under applicable consumer law, and it does not require payment to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
30. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, abusive chargeback, unauthorized account sharing, circumvention, security threat, nonpayment, legal requirement, or material risk to the Service or others.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a curable breach. Immediate action may be taken for fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated violations, or urgent legal requirements.
Termination for a user’s material breach does not automatically create a refund right. If we terminate an active paid service for our convenience rather than user breach, we will provide any continued access, proportionate refund, credit, or other remedy required by applicable law.
31. Copyright and Rights Complaints
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right, email hello@spinthewheellab.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work or right, the specific content and location, the basis for your complaint, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
We may request additional information and may remove, restrict, preserve, or restore content as reasonably appropriate and legally required. Knowingly false complaints may create legal liability.
32. Force Majeure
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, war, civil disorder, labor disruption, internet or power failure, cyberattack, government action, carrier disruption, infrastructure failure, supply interruption, or material third-party service failure.
This section does not excuse payment or refunds already required by mandatory law and does not prevent a consumer from exercising a non-waivable right when performance cannot be provided.
33. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a non-urgent claim, we encourage you to email hello@spinthewheellab.com with a description of the issue and requested resolution so both sides can attempt a good-faith resolution. This informal process is voluntary where applicable law gives you the right to proceed directly, and it does not prevent urgent injunctive relief or a complaint to a competent consumer, privacy, or regulatory authority.
34. Governing Law
These Terms and non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States and the applicable laws of the State of Chiapas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country or region where the consumer habitually resides when those protections cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
35. Courts and Venue
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree that the competent state or federal courts serving Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, and each party submits to those courts.
This section does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in the courts of the consumer’s habitual residence, or before a competent consumer-protection body, where that right cannot lawfully be waived. It also does not restrict the lawful jurisdiction or authority of PROFECO, a privacy authority, or another competent regulator.
36. No Mandatory Arbitration or Class-Action Waiver
These Terms do not require private arbitration and do not contain a contractual waiver of rights to participate in collective, representative, or class proceedings. The availability of any procedure remains governed by the law and rules of the competent forum.
37. Severability and Interpretation
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary where legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Headings are for convenience. “Including” means “including without limitation.”
Any ambiguity in a consumer contract will be interpreted as required by applicable consumer law. No provision will be interpreted to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
38. No Waiver and Assignment
A failure or delay to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign paid access or obligations without our written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service, provided that the assignment does not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.
39. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence
These Terms, the AI Use Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy, applicable purchase disclosures, Supplemental Privacy Notice, Shopify store policies, and any product-specific terms form the agreement applicable to the relevant Service or transaction.
If documents conflict, a specifically negotiated written agreement controls over standard terms; product-specific purchase terms control for that product; the Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy controls for billing and cancellation; the AI Use Policy controls for AI conduct; and the Supplemental Privacy Notice controls descriptions of Spin the Wheel Lab-specific data processing, in each case subject to mandatory law.
40. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the Service, code, products, pricing structures, providers, security, business operations, or law. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting an active paid subscription or existing rights will receive additional notice, consent, cancellation opportunity, or another remedy where required by law. Changes will not retroactively rewrite a completed transaction or eliminate a claim that arose before the changed Terms became effective.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law and after a reasonable opportunity to review them. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using the affected Service and may cancel future subscription renewals.

AI Use Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
This AI Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Professor Vortex, Vortex AI, Inventor Lab, AI-assisted wheel generation, moderation, refinement, and any other artificial intelligence feature offered through Spin the Wheel Lab (collectively, the “AI Features”).
Spin the Wheel Lab is operated by Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, doing business as Spin the Wheel Lab, a persona física con actividad empresarial, with a business address at Boulevard Salomón González, Exterior 4251, Interior 6, Colonia Patria Nueva, C.P. 29045, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico.
This Policy supplements the Spin the Wheel Lab Terms of Service and Supplemental Privacy Notice. By using an AI Feature, you agree to this Policy and the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the AI Features.
1. Adult Users Only
AI Features are intended for adult account holders and adult wheel creators, including parents, guardians, educators, creators, and business users. Children are not intended to independently submit prompts, create accounts, purchase AI access, submit AI reports, or otherwise use the AI Features.
Children may participate in an adult-directed activity that uses a wheel after an adult has reviewed the generated content. The supervising adult is responsible for determining whether the content and activity are suitable for the audience, age group, classroom, family, workplace, or event.
2. Purpose of the AI Features
AI Features are designed to assist with general-purpose creative and informational tasks such as suggesting wheel segments, rewriting labels, generating themes, producing clues, proposing classroom activities, brainstorming prompts, and organizing user-supplied ideas.
AI Features are tools—not people, professionals, educators, judges, or decision-makers. Professor Vortex is a fictional interface and brand character. It does not possess personal knowledge, consciousness, professional qualifications, independent judgment, or the ability to guarantee truth or suitability.
3. OpenAI and Technical Processing
Spin the Wheel Lab sends applicable prompts, wheel topics, current wheel content, requested modes and settings, and related instructions through Cloudflare infrastructure to OpenAI’s API for content generation and safety moderation.
According to OpenAI’s current API documentation, API content is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the API customer affirmatively opts in. OpenAI may maintain abuse-monitoring logs containing prompts, outputs, classifier results, and related metadata for up to 30 days under standard settings, unless a longer period is legally required. Certain API features may have separate application-state retention. These practices may change under OpenAI’s then-current business terms and documentation.
Additional information about Spin the Wheel Lab’s processing, reports, retention, and service providers appears in the Supplemental Privacy Notice.
4. AI Outputs Can Be Wrong
AI-generated content may be factually incorrect, incomplete, misleading, outdated, biased, culturally insensitive, offensive, unsafe, repetitive, contradictory, poorly worded, mathematically incorrect, inappropriate for children, or unsuitable for a particular setting.
Safety moderation reduces some risks but does not guarantee that every unsafe request will be blocked or that every permitted output will be accurate or appropriate. A refusal or moderation result also does not mean that the underlying request is unlawful or that permitted content is safe.
5. Required Human Review
Before using an output, the adult user must reasonably review:
- factual accuracy, calculations, spelling, and clarity;
- age, cultural, classroom, workplace, and audience appropriateness;
- possible bias, stereotypes, discrimination, or harmful implications;
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and other rights;
- prize, giveaway, promotion, employment, educational, or other legal requirements;
- whether hidden answers, clues, weights, and wheel settings function as intended; and
- whether a qualified professional or responsible decision-maker must review the material.
Applying an output to a wheel does not transfer responsibility to Spin the Wheel Lab. You remain responsible for the final content, configuration, presentation, and use.
6. No Professional Advice
AI outputs are not legal, medical, psychological, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, insurance, safety, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. They are not a substitute for a qualified professional familiar with the relevant facts and jurisdiction.
Educational and classroom suggestions are not individualized educational plans, student assessments, disciplinary determinations, accommodations, diagnoses, or official curriculum approval.
7. No High-Stakes Automated Decisions
You may not use an AI Feature to make or substantially automate a decision that determines a person’s eligibility, access, ranking, discipline, punishment, employment, compensation, admission, grading, credit, lending, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal services, essential government services, safety status, or another comparably significant outcome.
AI Features must not be used as the sole or determinative basis for decisions affecting a person’s rights, safety, livelihood, education, health, finances, or access to essential opportunities. Appropriate human review does not make an otherwise unlawful use permissible.
8. Sensitive, Confidential, and Regulated Information
Do not submit:
- passwords, authentication credentials, private keys, or security codes;
- complete payment-card, bank-account, or payment-login information;
- government identification or tax-identification numbers;
- medical, biometric, genetic, disability, or precise health information;
- student records, educational records, disciplinary records, or information protected by school obligations;
- precise financial records, credit information, or insurance records;
- confidential business information, trade secrets, privileged communications, or information covered by a nondisclosure obligation;
- personal information about a child; or
- another person’s personal information unless you have a lawful basis, authority, and a genuine need to process it through the particular feature.
AI Features are not designed as a confidential archive, regulated records system, school information system, medical system, legal case-management system, or repository for sensitive information.
9. Your Inputs and Required Permissions
You retain any ownership rights you have in original prompts and other inputs. You are responsible for your inputs and represent that you possess all rights, permissions, consents, licenses, and lawful authority needed to submit them and to instruct us and our providers to process them.
You may not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not request imitation that unlawfully exploits a living artist, protected character, brand, private person, confidential source, or copyrighted work.
You grant Spin the Wheel Lab the limited operational license described in the Terms of Service to transmit and process inputs as necessary to provide, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, and support the AI Features.
10. Outputs, Permitted Use, and Ownership Limits
Subject to your compliance with this Policy and the Terms of Service, you may use AI outputs generated specifically for you for personal, classroom, event, creator, and ordinary internal business purposes.
To the extent Spin the Wheel Lab obtains transferable rights in a particular output from its AI provider, Spin the Wheel Lab assigns those rights to you upon generation, subject to these Terms and any rights belonging to third parties. This assignment does not include Spin the Wheel Lab software, templates, artwork, characters, branding, interface elements, prompts, systems, or other pre-existing materials that appear with or are used to generate the output.
We do not represent or warrant that an output is copyrightable, protectable, exclusive, unique, non-infringing, or eligible for registration in any jurisdiction. Laws concerning AI-generated content vary and continue to develop.
11. Outputs May Be Similar or Non-Unique
Because of the nature of artificial intelligence, other users may receive identical or similar labels, themes, language, ideas, structures, clues, or outputs. Your permitted use of an output does not give you ownership of another user’s output and does not prevent others from independently using similar material.
Do not rely on AI output as proof of originality, trademark availability, copyright clearance, exclusivity, novelty, patentability, or freedom to operate.
12. Prohibited AI Uses
You may not use AI Features to generate, facilitate, request, transform, or distribute content or activity involving:
- threats, intimidation, harassment, stalking, doxxing, defamation, or exploitation;
- promotion or facilitation of suicide, self-harm, disordered eating, sexual violence, or non-consensual intimate content;
- child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualization of minors, or grooming;
- terrorism, violent extremism, hate-based violence, or instructions to seriously harm people;
- development, procurement, or use of weapons or chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive threats;
- illegal goods, illegal services, trafficking, evasion of law enforcement, or other illicit activity;
- malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, destructive cyber activity, security circumvention, or unsolicited security testing;
- fraud, scams, spam, phishing, impersonation, deception, fabricated evidence, or misleading reviews;
- real-money gambling or an unlawful lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or promotion;
- academic dishonesty, cheating, fabricated citations, or misrepresentation of AI work as independently completed work where prohibited;
- political campaigning, lobbying, election interference, voter suppression, or targeted political persuasion;
- infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidential information, or trade secrets;
- tailored professional advice requiring a license without appropriate involvement from a qualified professional; or
- any use prohibited by applicable law, the Spin the Wheel Lab Terms, or the applicable AI provider’s usage policies.
13. Deceptive Content and Impersonation
You must not use AI Features to falsely claim that content was created, approved, endorsed, or stated by a real person, school, business, government body, professional, or Spin the Wheel Lab. You must not create misleading synthetic evidence, fake credentials, fraudulent testimonials, or deceptive identities.
Where disclosure is required by law, platform rules, professional standards, academic rules, or reasonable audience expectations, you are responsible for clearly identifying material as AI-generated or AI-assisted.
14. Giveaways, Prizes, and Promotions
AI may help brainstorm prize or promotion language, but it does not provide legal review or official rules. You are responsible for eligibility, official rules, free-entry requirements, registration, bonding, disclosures, odds or selection method, geographic restrictions, taxes, winner verification, accessibility, prize fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Do not rely on AI to determine whether a promotion, giveaway, raffle, contest, or prize activity is lawful. Do not ask AI to create deceptive prize claims, undisclosed conditions, illegal gambling mechanics, or fabricated winners.
15. Classroom and Educational Use
Educators and adult facilitators must review outputs before presentation and should not enter student names or records into AI prompts. AI outputs must not be used to grade, diagnose, discipline, rank, track, or make individualized educational decisions about a student.
The adult user is responsible for school approval, parental notice or consent where required, accessibility, age appropriateness, curriculum alignment, and compliance with applicable student-privacy and educational requirements.
16. Moderation and Safety Systems
Prompts may be evaluated by automated moderation and security systems. A request may be blocked, limited, logged, or reviewed when systems detect possible prohibited, unsafe, abusive, or suspicious activity.
Moderation is imperfect and may produce false positives or false negatives. You may report a suspected error through the available AI issue-report process. Submitting a report does not guarantee restoration of a request, particular output, refund, or change in moderation outcome.
You may not evade moderation, split prohibited requests into smaller prompts, disguise prohibited intent, manipulate system instructions, extract hidden prompts or credentials, or use another account to bypass a restriction.
17. AI Issue Reports
If you voluntarily submit an AI issue report, it may include your message, customer or access information, wheel and page context, prompt, current list, generated output, action, mode, browser or user-agent information, viewport information, and limited diagnostics. Reports are used for troubleshooting, support, safety, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
Review the captured context before sending where that option is available and do not add sensitive, confidential, privileged, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and privacy rights are described in the Supplemental Privacy Notice.
18. Usage Limits and Cost Controls
AI Features may have daily, monthly, per-request, segment, length, rate, concurrency, or subscription limits. Limits may vary by plan, feature, provider capacity, model cost, technical constraints, safety considerations, and normal usage patterns.
We may adjust limits prospectively, introduce reasonable safeguards, or temporarily restrict excessive or automated use to manage cost, capacity, security, provider requirements, and abuse. A material reduction affecting an active paid subscription will receive any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
Attempts to bypass limits through multiple accounts, automation, token manipulation, forged customer tags, shared credentials, replayed sessions, or other circumvention are prohibited.
19. Model, Provider, and Feature Changes
We do not promise continued access to a particular model, version, provider, prompt, personality, mode, style, response format, moderation system, generation speed, or technical implementation.
We may update, replace, reroute, redesign, limit, suspend, or discontinue AI Features for safety, security, cost, capacity, legal, provider, quality, compatibility, product, or business reasons. We may make immediate changes when necessary to address abuse, a security issue, legal requirement, provider outage, or material risk.
Changes will not retroactively change a paid billing period’s price. Material changes affecting an active paid service will receive notice, cancellation rights, continued access, a proportionate remedy, or another measure where required by applicable law.
20. Availability and Performance
AI Features may be delayed, unavailable, interrupted, rate-limited, or fail because of provider outages, model changes, moderation systems, traffic, maintenance, network failures, software errors, regulatory requirements, security incidents, or other circumstances.
We do not guarantee a particular output, response time, quality level, format, language, number of segments, factual result, or continuous availability. Failed generations will be handled according to the applicable product behavior, usage system, and mandatory law.
21. No Confidentiality Guarantee
Although we use safeguards and business API services, AI Features are not a confidential communication channel. Do not submit information requiring secrecy, professional privilege, regulated confidentiality, or contractual nondisclosure protection.
Provider access, safety monitoring, legal process, security investigations, and ordinary technical processing may occur as described in the Supplemental Privacy Notice and applicable provider documentation.
22. Enforcement
We may refuse a prompt, limit output, preserve relevant records, restrict AI access, suspend features, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of prohibited use, repeated safety violations, fraud, unauthorized sharing, circumvention, security threats, provider requirements, or applicable law.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a curable violation. Immediate protective action may be taken for child exploitation, violence, fraud, security threats, serious illegality, repeated circumvention, or urgent legal obligations.
Restriction for a material violation does not automatically create a refund right, except where applicable law requires one.
23. Warranty and Liability Terms
The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the Terms of Service apply to AI Features and outputs. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Without limiting the Terms, Spin the Wheel Lab does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, unbiased, safe, original, non-infringing, copyrightable, exclusive, fit for a particular purpose, or accepted by any school, employer, regulator, platform, court, registry, or professional.
24. Relationship to Other Policies
The Terms of Service govern accounts, purchases, licenses, disputes, disclaimers, and general Service use. This Policy controls acceptable use and special conditions for AI Features. The Supplemental Privacy Notice controls descriptions of personal-information processing. The Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy controls billing, cancellation, and refund matters.
OpenAI and other providers may impose additional usage restrictions that apply to their technology. If a provider restriction is stricter than this Policy, the provider restriction may control availability of the affected feature.
25. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in AI Features, models, providers, safety practices, laws, or business operations. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting active paid AI access will receive additional notice, consent, cancellation opportunity, or another remedy where required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively eliminate a claim that arose before the updated Policy became effective.

Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy
Effective date: July 23, 2026
Plain-language summary: Digital purchases generally become final after immediate access begins, except where applicable law or Lemon Squeezy’s approved refund process requires otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access active through the end of the already-paid billing period. Physical products are made to order, but damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement, reprint, or refund.
This summary is provided for convenience. The complete terms below control.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy applies to purchases involving Spin the Wheel Lab, including:
- one-time digital products, including Lab Packs;
- recurring digital subscriptions, including Wheel Plus and Vortex Pro;
- any trials, promotional plans, or other purchase options that we may offer; and
- physical merchandise offered through our storefront.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service, Supplemental Privacy Notice, AI Use Policy, and any applicable checkout terms. It does not replace rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Seller and Payment Providers
Spin the Wheel Lab is operated by Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, a natural person conducting business activities in Mexico.
Digital products and subscriptions may be sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. In that role, Lemon Squeezy may appear as the seller on your receipt or payment statement and may process payments, applicable taxes, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks under its own terms and procedures.
Shopify may provide storefront, account, or checkout technology. Physical products may be fulfilled by Printify and its printing partners. PayPal or other payment processors may also participate in a transaction. Use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.
3. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
The price, billing frequency, currency, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown at or before checkout. Currency conversion rates and fees may be determined by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or merchant of record.
We may change prices or introduce, modify, or discontinue plans in the future. A price change will not retroactively change the price of a completed one-time purchase or an already-paid subscription period. For an automatically renewing subscription, any increase will apply only to a future renewal after the notice required by applicable law and after you have had an opportunity to cancel.
4. One-Time Digital Purchases
One-time digital purchases provide the access, license, or features described at checkout. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a digital purchase is generally final after the digital content, access credentials, download, or service is made available to you.
Nothing in this section limits a remedy for content that is defective, materially not as described, inaccessible because of a problem within our reasonable control, or otherwise subject to a mandatory legal guarantee.
5. Immediate Digital Performance and Withdrawal Rights
Where the law gives a consumer a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content or digital services, we will honor that right. If permitted by applicable law, checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate performance or immediate access and to acknowledge that beginning performance may cause you to lose a statutory withdrawal right.
A statutory right is lost only when the legal requirements for that loss have been satisfied. If those requirements have not been satisfied, nothing in this policy eliminates the right.
6. Recurring Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
A subscription automatically renews at the billing interval disclosed at checkout until it is canceled, unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. By starting a subscription, you authorize the merchant of record and its payment providers to charge the payment method on file for each renewal, together with applicable taxes and disclosed fees.
Before purchase, the checkout process should disclose the recurring nature of the charge, the billing frequency, the amount or method for determining the amount, and the cancellation method. Where required by law, we or the merchant of record will obtain your express and informed consent to recurring charges.
7. Renewal Notices
We or the merchant of record will provide renewal notices whenever required by applicable law. For consumers in Mexico, any legally required automatic-renewal notice will be provided at least five calendar days before the renewal charge and will explain how to cancel without penalty.
You are responsible for keeping the email address associated with your purchase current and for reviewing legitimate billing communications, including messages that may be filtered into spam or promotions folders.
8. How to Cancel a Subscription
You may cancel a subscription through the subscription-management or customer-portal link supplied by Lemon Squeezy, through any cancellation method displayed with your plan, or by contacting us at hello@spinthewheellab.com if you cannot access the available cancellation controls.
Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed to prevent the next charge. Where required by law, an electronic cancellation request may be completed immediately through the same medium used to subscribe or through another readily accessible electronic method, without a cancellation penalty.
Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records. Deleting an account, uninstalling software, removing a payment method, or simply stopping use does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
9. Effect of Cancellation
Unless a refund, payment reversal, fraud response, legal requirement, or checkout term provides otherwise, cancellation:
- stops future automatic renewals;
- does not undo charges already properly processed; and
- allows subscription access to continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
After the paid period expires, subscription-only features and access may end or revert to the free version then available. Content or settings that depend on a paid feature may no longer be usable after expiration, so you should export or preserve anything you are permitted to retain before access ends.
10. Subscription Pausing
Subscription pausing is not currently guaranteed. If a pause option is offered, the duration, billing effect, feature access, and reactivation terms displayed with that option will apply. We may modify or discontinue optional pause functionality prospectively.
11. Trials and Promotional Periods
If we offer a free or discounted trial that converts into a paid subscription, the trial length, conversion date, renewal price, and cancellation deadline will be disclosed at or before enrollment. Unless the offer states otherwise, you must cancel before the conversion or renewal charge is processed to avoid that charge.
12. Subscription Refunds
Canceling a subscription normally prevents future charges but does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun. Refund requests are evaluated by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and, where appropriate, with assistance from Spin the Wheel Lab.
A refund may be available when required by law or when there has been a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a qualifying unauthorized transaction, a material technical failure, or another circumstance approved by the merchant of record. Any voluntary refund is discretionary and does not establish an obligation to issue the same refund in another case.
13. Requesting a Digital Refund or Billing Review
To request help, contact hello@spinthewheellab.com or use the support method shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Please include:
- the purchaser’s name and email address;
- the order, invoice, or subscription number;
- the product or plan involved;
- the date and amount of the charge; and
- a concise explanation of the problem.
Do not send a complete card number, bank password, security code, government identification number, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
14. Duplicate, Incorrect, or Unrecognized Charges
If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized, notify us or the payment provider promptly so the transaction can be reviewed. We may request reasonable information needed to locate the order and verify the claim.
An unrecognized billing descriptor does not necessarily mean a charge is fraudulent; Lemon Squeezy or another processor may appear on your statement. If fraud is suspected, you should also contact your bank or payment provider without delay.
15. Failed Payments and Billing Problems
If a subscription payment fails, the merchant of record may retry the payment, ask you to update the payment method, provide a grace period, suspend access, or allow the subscription to expire. We are not responsible for fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We may correct an obvious billing or pricing error. If an order cannot lawfully or practically be fulfilled because of such an error, the transaction may be canceled and amounts actually collected for the affected item will be refunded.
16. Plan Changes and Proration
If upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes are offered, the price, effective date, proration, credits, and feature consequences shown in the subscription portal or checkout will apply. Unless the interface expressly promises a cash refund, an account credit or proration does not entitle the customer to receive that amount in cash.
17. Product, Code, and Feature Changes
We may maintain, update, repair, redesign, replace, add, or remove code, integrations, features, plan names, compatibility, or technical requirements as described in our Terms of Service. These changes do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
However, this section does not limit mandatory remedies when a change causes a purchased product or service to become materially nonconforming, unusable, or different from what applicable consumer law requires us to provide.
18. Technical Problems
If a digital product is not working, contact us with the order details, device and browser information, a description of the issue, and screenshots or error messages where appropriate. We may first attempt reasonable troubleshooting, restoration, replacement, or another correction.
A refund is not normally available for problems caused solely by unsupported devices, outdated software, third-party service outages, blocked scripts, customer configuration, loss of credentials, or failure to follow documented instructions, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a material problem within our reasonable control cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, an appropriate remedy may be provided.
19. Physical Merchandise Is Made to Order
Physical merchandise is generally produced only after an order is submitted. Because these items are made to order, we ordinarily do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or personal preference, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
Please review product descriptions, measurements, shipping information, personalization, and delivery details carefully before purchasing.
20. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items
If a physical item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from the item ordered, contact us within 30 days after delivery, or within any longer period required by applicable law. Please provide:
- the order number and purchaser email;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs showing the full item and the problem; and
- photographs of the packaging or shipping label when relevant.
After review, the available remedy may be a reprint, replacement, repair where appropriate, refund, or another remedy required by law. Do not return an item unless we or the fulfillment provider gives you return instructions.
21. Normal Product and Print Variations
Colors may appear different across screens, and made-to-order printing may involve minor placement, shade, texture, sizing, or manufacturing variations. A variation that is normal for the production process and does not make the item defective or materially different from its description generally does not qualify for a refund. Mandatory conformity rights remain unaffected.
22. Physical Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel a physical order must be made as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it normally cannot be changed or canceled. Sending a request does not guarantee that production can be stopped.
If we successfully cancel an order before production, amounts collected for the canceled item will be refunded, subject to any lawful and clearly disclosed exception. We will not impose a cancellation charge where prohibited by law.
23. Shipping Addresses, Delivery, and Lost Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for reviewing it before submitting the order. Where permitted by law, additional production or shipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address may be the customer’s responsibility.
If tracking shows a delivery problem or a package appears lost in transit, contact us promptly. We may ask you to confirm the address, check with household members or the carrier, and cooperate with a carrier or fulfillment claim. Remedies for loss, non-delivery, or improper delivery remain subject to applicable law.
24. Physical-Product Refunds
Approved physical-product refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are refunded when required by law or when the approved remedy covers those costs. Otherwise, they may be excluded where lawfully disclosed.
25. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by Lemon Squeezy, Shopify, PayPal, banks, card networks, and other providers. After a refund is issued, we cannot control how quickly the financial institution posts it to your account.
If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, the merchant of record or payment provider may determine an alternative lawful method.
26. Promotions, Discounts, and Price Changes
Promotional prices, coupons, and discounts may be limited by time, quantity, customer, region, product, or eligibility criteria. Unless required by law or expressly promised in the offer, discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to earlier completed purchases.
We may correct, withdraw, or modify a promotion prospectively, but we will honor completed purchases as required by law.
27. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
We may deny a voluntary refund or take reasonable protective action where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, account sharing contrary to the license, manipulation of a promotion, falsified evidence, or other material misuse. This does not permit us to deny a legitimate statutory remedy.
28. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us or the merchant of record first when a billing problem may be resolved directly. Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising a lawful right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.
We may provide transaction records, access records, communications, and other relevant evidence to the merchant of record, payment processor, or financial institution in response to a chargeback or dispute. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension or termination of access where permitted by law.
29. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives a warranty, cooling-off period, withdrawal right, cancellation right, conformity guarantee, refund right, jurisdictional protection, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
If this policy conflicts with mandatory law in your country, state, province, or territory, the mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict. Any more favorable voluntary remedy we expressly approve applies only to the specific transaction for which it is granted.
30. Relationship to Other Terms
Our Terms of Service are incorporated into this policy, including provisions concerning licenses, acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution. Checkout-specific disclosures and the merchant of record’s applicable transaction terms also apply.
If provisions conflict, mandatory law controls first. After that, a specific checkout disclosure controls for the transaction it describes, followed by this policy for refunds, cancellations, and subscriptions, and then the general Terms of Service.
31. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, providers, products, pricing models, or business practices. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless a different application is required by law.
A change will not retroactively remove a refund or cancellation right that had already vested, and material subscription changes will be communicated when required by law.

Purchase Options
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Quick summary: One-time Lab Packs do not renew. Wheel Plus, Vortex Pro, and any other option identified as a subscription renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily preserves access until the end of the current paid billing period.
This summary is provided for convenience. The complete policy below controls.
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how customers may identify, manage, and cancel purchase options offered by Spin the Wheel Lab. It supplements our Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy and Terms of Service.
1. One-Time and Recurring Purchase Options
Spin the Wheel Lab may offer both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. The applicable product page and checkout will identify the purchase type, price, currency, billing frequency, and principal features before you place an order.
Lab Packs and any other products expressly identified as one-time purchases do not automatically renew and do not require cancellation.
Wheel Plus, Vortex Pro, and any other option expressly identified as a subscription are recurring purchase options. Purchasing a one-time product does not enroll you in a subscription unless you separately and affirmatively select a recurring option.
2. Subscription Features
A subscription may include paid wheel tools, expanded limits, Vortex AI features, enhanced functionality, storage or sharing features, or other digital benefits described with the plan.
Available plans, names, features, technical requirements, and limits may change prospectively in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
3. Lemon Squeezy Billing
Spin the Wheel Lab subscriptions are sold and billed through Lemon Squeezy. For applicable transactions, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, billing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, subscription-management tools, refunds, and payment disputes under its applicable terms and procedures.
Lemon Squeezy may appear as the seller or billing descriptor on your receipt or financial statement.
4. Automatic Renewal and Consent
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a subscription automatically renews for successive billing periods until canceled.
By affirmatively purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for each renewal at the disclosed billing interval, together with applicable taxes and authorized charges.
The recurring nature of the purchase, billing frequency, applicable price, and cancellation method will be disclosed at or before checkout. Where applicable law requires additional consent, disclosure, or confirmation, those requirements apply.
5. Renewal Reminders
Lemon Squeezy may send subscription and renewal communications to the email address associated with the purchase. We or Lemon Squeezy will provide any advance renewal notice required by applicable law.
For consumers in Mexico, any legally required automatic-renewal reminder will be sent at least five calendar days before the renewal charge and will provide or identify an accessible way to cancel without penalty.
You are responsible for keeping your purchase email address current and checking legitimate billing messages, including spam or promotions folders.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or the subscription-management link provided with your purchase or billing communications. The portal may be accessed through the billing or subscription-management link made available on Spin the Wheel Lab or Lemon Squeezy.
If you cannot locate or use the available cancellation method, email hello@spinthewheellab.com for assistance. Include the purchaser email and order or subscription number, but do not email full payment-card details, passwords, or security codes.
Where required by law, an electronic cancellation request may be completed immediately through the same medium used to subscribe or another readily accessible electronic method, without a cancellation penalty.
7. Cancellation Timing
Complete cancellation before the next renewal is processed if you do not want another charge. A cancellation is effective when it is successfully recorded by the applicable subscription-management system, subject to mandatory law.
Deleting an account, clearing browser data, removing locally stored wheel settings, uninstalling software, stopping use, or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records.
8. Access After Cancellation
Unless a refund, payment reversal, legal requirement, or transaction-specific term provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges but leaves the subscription valid through the end of the current paid billing period.
When that period expires, paid features, AI access, higher limits, and other subscription benefits may end or revert to the free version then available. You should export or preserve any information you are permitted to retain before paid access expires.
9. Charges Already Processed
Cancellation does not automatically reverse a renewal charge that was properly processed before cancellation became effective.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy, Lemon Squeezy’s applicable transaction procedures, checkout disclosures, and any mandatory consumer rights.
10. No Guaranteed Pause Option
We do not currently guarantee a subscription-pause option. If Lemon Squeezy or Spin the Wheel Lab makes pausing available for a particular plan, the terms and billing consequences displayed with that option will apply.
If pausing is unavailable and you do not want the subscription to renew, you must cancel it. Resuming access later may require a new subscription at the price and terms then offered.
11. Trials and Introductory Offers
If a trial or introductory offer converts into a paid subscription, the duration, conversion date, renewal price, and cancellation deadline will be disclosed at or before enrollment.
Unless the offer states otherwise, you must cancel before the conversion or renewal charge is processed to avoid that charge.
12. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider may retry the payment, request updated billing information, or place the subscription into a past-due or unpaid status.
Paid access may remain available during a payment-recovery period and may end if the subscription expires or the provider can no longer confirm an active entitlement. We do not guarantee paid access for an unpaid or expired subscription.
13. Payment Method Changes
Available payment methods and billing details may generally be managed through Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal. Payment-method availability may depend on location, currency, checkout, account status, and the payment provider.
14. Plan Changes, Upgrades, and Downgrades
If plan changes are offered, the subscription-management screen will disclose the new plan, price, effective date, proration, credit, or immediate charge that applies before you confirm the change.
Changing the public price of a plan does not automatically alter an existing Lemon Squeezy subscription. If we propose changing the price of an existing subscription, the new amount will apply only prospectively after any notice and consent required by law, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
15. Changes to Subscription Features
We may maintain, improve, redesign, add, replace, or discontinue subscription features, integrations, code, technical methods, limits, or plan names. We may also introduce new purchase options or retire plans prospectively.
These changes are subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law. Where a material change requires notice, consent, cancellation rights, or another remedy, we will provide what the law requires.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access as permitted by our Terms of Service, including for fraud, security risks, payment abuse, unauthorized account sharing, circumvention of plan limits, unlawful use, or another material policy violation.
Suspension or termination does not automatically create a refund right, but it does not eliminate any remedy that applicable law makes mandatory.
17. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives a cancellation, renewal, withdrawal, refund, conformity, notice, jurisdictional, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If mandatory law provides greater protection than this policy, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
18. Relationship to Other Policies
This policy should be read with the Spin the Wheel Lab Terms of Service, Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy, Supplemental Privacy Notice, AI Use Policy, checkout disclosures, and Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms.
If provisions conflict, mandatory law controls first. A transaction-specific checkout disclosure then controls the purchase it expressly describes. The Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy controls refund and billing-remedy questions, while this policy provides the focused explanation of purchase-option cancellation.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy prospectively to reflect changes in law, purchase options, providers, subscription-management processes, pricing models, or business operations.
Updated versions will display a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an active subscription will receive any additional notice required by law.

Privacy Controls
Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Your choice applies worldwide: Spin the Wheel Lab displays its cookie consent controls to visitors in all available countries and regions. Required technologies may operate because they are necessary for the site, security, accounts, carts, checkout, subscriptions, or settings you request. Optional personalization, analytics, and marketing technologies are used only after consent where our consent controls classify them as optional.
You may accept, decline, or change your optional choices at any time through Cookie preferences or Manage preferences.
This Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy explains how Spin the Wheel Lab and the service providers supporting our website use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, tags, and related technologies. It should be read with our Supplemental Privacy Notice and the privacy policy supplied through Shopify.
1. Who We Are
Spin the Wheel Lab is operated by Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, a natural person conducting business activities in Mexico. References to “Spin the Wheel Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean this business.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. They can help a website remember a session, cart, login, region, preference, or other information. Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiration, until replaced, or until deleted.
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, device identifiers, and server-side events. These technologies may perform functions comparable to cookies even when they do not place a traditional cookie.
3. Our Global Consent Approach
We choose to present cookie choices globally, even where local law may permit a different consent model. This global approach does not mean that every privacy law applies identically in every location.
Optional categories should remain disabled until you consent through the available controls. Declining optional technologies should not prevent access to the basic website, although certain optional features, personalization, measurement, embedded content, or integrations may be unavailable or less effective.
Required technologies do not depend on optional consent when they are reasonably necessary to provide a service you request, preserve security, maintain a cart or session, complete checkout, remember privacy choices, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
4. Cookie Categories
Required
Required technologies operate the storefront and requested functionality. They may support security, fraud prevention, network delivery, customer authentication, carts, checkout, subscription management, privacy choices, language or region selection, and locally saved wheel settings. Because the site may not function correctly without them, they cannot ordinarily be disabled through our consent panel.
Personalization
Personalization technologies remember optional choices or actions so the site can provide a more tailored experience. Depending on the feature, these may remember interface preferences, dismissed messages, display selections, or other nonessential settings.
Analytics
Analytics technologies help us understand visits, traffic sources, page usage, device or browser categories, interactions, errors, and general site performance. We use this information to troubleshoot and improve Spin the Wheel Lab.
Marketing
Marketing technologies may measure campaigns, limit repeated advertisements, understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or purchase, or support relevant advertising on other services. We do not currently identify an active Pinterest advertising pixel in this policy. A normal link from our site to a Pinterest profile is not, by itself, a Pinterest tracking pixel.
5. Technologies We Use
The following inventory describes the principal services and representative technologies expected on Spin the Wheel Lab. Exact names and durations can vary by browser, feature, Shopify configuration, provider update, checkout choice, or whether you have logged in. A technology may not appear on every visit.
| Provider or technology | Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dashboard and Snap Spins browser storage | Required when you request the save, dashboard, board, or Snap Spins functionality | Stores locally saved wheel setups and related dashboard information, which may include wheel segments and design settings, wheel and board names, board organization, pins, backgrounds, dashboard preferences, and Snap Spins selections. This storage supports the saved-wheel functionality you request and is not an automatic cloud backup. | Persistent until you delete an item, use the applicable “Clear All” control, clear browser or site data, the browser removes the data, or the feature replaces or removes it. |
| Other Spin the Wheel Lab browser storage | Required or Personalization, depending on purpose | Stores requested wheel settings, interface choices, dismissed notices, challenge state, local progress, or other browser-based functionality. | Session-based or persistent until cleared, replaced, or the applicable feature removes it. |
| Consent-preference record | Required | Remembers whether you accepted, declined, or customized optional categories so the site can honor your choice. | Varies by Shopify configuration; renewed when preferences are updated. |
cart and related Shopify cart technologies |
Required | Maintains items and information associated with the shopping cart. | Typically up to 2 weeks, subject to Shopify’s current configuration. |
cart_currency |
Required | Supports the currency associated with the storefront or cart. | Typically up to 2 weeks. |
secure_customer_sig |
Required | Helps identify a returning customer after login and supports account security. | Typically up to 1 year. |
| Shopify checkout, Shop Pay, fraud-prevention, and session technologies | Required | Supports checkout, payment-session continuity, authentication, fraud prevention, and transaction security. | Session-based or persistent; duration varies by the specific technology. |
| Shopify storefront and Shopify Analytics technologies | Analytics and, where applicable, Personalization or Marketing | Measures storefront and checkout activity, attribution, performance, and customer interactions. Optional uses are controlled by consent where required or selected. | Varies; certain Shopify analytics technologies may persist for up to 1 year. |
_ga |
Analytics | Google Analytics uses this first-party cookie to distinguish users for website measurement. | Up to 2 years by default, unless shortened by configuration or browser controls. |
_ga_<container-id> |
Analytics | Google Analytics uses this first-party cookie to maintain session state. | Up to 2 years by default, unless shortened by configuration or browser controls. |
| Lemon Squeezy checkout and customer portal technologies | Required on Lemon Squeezy pages; other categories as disclosed there | Supports digital checkout, fraud prevention, payment processing, receipts, tax handling, and subscription management after you follow a link to Lemon Squeezy. | Determined by Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers. |
| Printify-related transaction and fulfillment data | Normally transaction processing rather than a storefront cookie | Printify receives information needed to manufacture and fulfill physical merchandise after an eligible U.S. order. If an embedded Printify technology is introduced later, this inventory will be updated as appropriate. | Governed by the relevant transaction and provider retention requirements. |
6. Shopify
Shopify powers our storefront, customer accounts, cart, checkout, privacy controls, and store analytics. Shopify may place required technologies and, with appropriate consent, optional personalization, analytics, or marketing technologies.
Shopify’s own cookie inventory is updated as its services change. For additional details, see the Shopify Cookie Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.
7. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics through our Shopify configuration to understand how visitors use the site and to improve performance. Depending on configuration and consent, Google Analytics may receive information such as page or screen views, approximate location derived from an internet protocol address, device and browser information, referring source, interactions, and session information.
Google documents _ga and _ga_<container-id> as its standard first-party Analytics cookies, each with a default expiration of up to two years. Actual duration may be shortened by our settings, consent changes, browser rules, or deletion.
Analytics consent is optional. Our consent configuration is intended to communicate your selection through Shopify’s privacy tools and, where configured, Google Consent Mode. Some limited requests or aggregated measurements may operate differently depending on Google’s consent-mode configuration, but optional cookie storage should follow the consent choice submitted through our controls.
You can learn more through Google’s Privacy Policy.
8. Lemon Squeezy
Digital purchases and subscriptions may redirect you to checkout, receipt, order-management, or billing pages operated by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Technologies on those pages are controlled by Lemon Squeezy and its service providers under their own notices and consent requirements.
See the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy for additional information.
9. Physical Merchandise and Printify
Physical merchandise is currently offered only for delivery to customers in the United States and is produced or fulfilled through Printify and its printing partners using Shopify order information. Printify’s receipt of order and shipping information is principally transaction fulfillment rather than optional cookie tracking on our storefront.
If we later embed a Printify tool or another storefront integration that places additional cookies or trackers, we will update our disclosures and consent configuration as appropriate.
10. Social-Media Links
Our site may contain ordinary links to Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social platforms. Following a link takes you to a third party, whose own cookies and privacy practices apply.
We do not treat the presence of a standard social link as evidence that an advertising pixel from that platform is active on our site. If we later install a social-media pixel, advertising tag, or embedded social widget, we will classify it appropriately, request consent where required by our global approach, and update this policy.
11. Browser Storage for Wheel and Dashboard Features
Spin the Wheel Lab uses local storage or similar browser storage when you request features that remember wheel segments, design settings, interface choices, dismissed messages, local progress, saved wheels, dashboard boards, wheel or board names, pins, backgrounds, or Snap Spins selections. Information stored solely for these local features ordinarily remains in that browser and device unless you separately use a feature that transmits, reports, purchases, or shares information.
Dashboard and Snap Spins information is not automatically synchronized with an account or backed up to other browsers or devices. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view locally stored information, so you should not place confidential information, sensitive personal information, or unnecessary information about children or other individuals in locally saved wheel content.
Clearing browser or site data, using private browsing, changing browsers, devices, or browser profiles, blocking or limiting storage, device failure, or changes that require a storage migration may remove or make locally saved information unavailable. Deleting an individual saved wheel removes that wheel from the local dashboard and Snap Spins. Using the dashboard’s “Clear All” control removes locally saved wheels, boards, dashboard metadata, and Snap Spins from that browser and cannot be undone through the dashboard.
Canceling a subscription, losing plan access, or deleting an account does not necessarily clear information stored locally on a device, and clearing local storage does not cancel a subscription. Browser settings may provide additional controls for viewing or deleting site data.
12. Consent Records
The site may store a required record of your privacy selection, including the categories accepted or declined and information needed to apply that choice. This record is used to demonstrate and honor consent and is not itself treated as optional advertising consent.
13. How to Change or Withdraw Your Choice
You may reopen Cookie preferences or Manage preferences through the footer, Legal Lab, privacy controls, or cookie banner, depending on the page and Shopify configuration. You may then accept all, decline all optional categories, or save category-level choices made available by the interface.
Withdrawing consent applies prospectively. It does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful. Existing optional cookies may be removed, allowed to expire, or become inactive depending on the provider and platform implementation.
14. Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking all cookies may interfere with login, cart, checkout, subscriptions, security, stored settings, and other requested features. Browser controls operate separately from our consent panel and may need to be configured on each browser or device.
Where supported and legally applicable, Shopify’s privacy tools may also recognize signals such as Global Privacy Control for certain data-sharing choices. A browser “Do Not Track” signal may not have a uniform legal or technical meaning.
15. Duration and Deletion
A cookie or local-storage item may be retained for a session, for the representative period identified above, until its purpose is completed, until it is replaced, or until it is deleted. Providers may change technical names or durations as their services evolve.
We periodically review the technologies associated with our storefront. We will update this policy when we materially add or change a provider, purpose, consent category, or tracking practice.
16. International Visitors
Privacy, cookie, and electronic-communications laws vary by country and region. Our choice to provide global consent controls is intended to offer a consistent baseline. Where mandatory law gives you additional rights, those rights remain available.
Data handled by Shopify, Google, Lemon Squeezy, Printify, or another provider may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards and terms described in our privacy notices and the provider’s documentation.
17. Children
Spin the Wheel Lab is designed for adult account holders and wheel creators. Children may participate in an activity in which an adult uses a wheel, but they should not independently create an account, make a purchase, submit personal information, or manage consent settings. A parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult should control the device and privacy choices.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in technology, providers, consent settings, laws, or business practices. The revised version will display a new effective date. If a change materially affects a consent previously provided, we will request a new choice when required.

Physical Merchandise
United States Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Quick summary: Physical Spin the Wheel Lab merchandise is currently available for delivery only within supported United States destinations. Products are made to order through Printify and its printing partners. Production time and carrier transit time are separate, and displayed delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing.
This summary is provided for convenience. The complete policy below controls.
This United States Shipping & Fulfillment Policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased from Spin the Wheel Lab. Digital products and subscriptions are delivered electronically and are governed by our other policies.
1. Current Shipping Area
We currently accept physical-merchandise orders only for delivery to supported addresses within the United States. Checkout availability ultimately determines whether a destination is supported.
We do not currently offer physical-merchandise delivery outside the United States. Digital products may be offered separately in other countries where our merchant of record and applicable law permit.
2. Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Physical merchandise is generally made only after an order is submitted. We use Printify and independent printing partners in its network to produce, package, and ship merchandise.
The printing partner, production location, carrier, packaging, and routing may vary by product, destination, availability, capacity, and Printify’s fulfillment process. A product may ship from a facility that is not located near Spin the Wheel Lab’s business address.
3. Production Time and Transit Time
The total time before delivery normally contains two separate stages:
- Production time is the period used to print, inspect, and prepare the made-to-order item.
- Transit time begins after the completed item is physically provided to the shipping carrier.
Printify currently describes standard production as commonly taking approximately 2–7 business days, but actual production can be shorter or longer depending on the product, printing partner, order size, stock availability, quality checks, season, and unexpected events.
Weekends and holidays may not count as business days. Carrier transit estimates do not include production time unless checkout expressly identifies a combined production-and-delivery service.
4. Delivery Estimates
Any production date, ship-by date, transit period, or delivery date displayed on a product page, at checkout, in an order update, or through tracking is an estimate unless it is expressly identified as guaranteed.
We will state shipment expectations only when we have a reasonable basis for them. If no shipment time is clearly stated, we intend to ship within the period required by applicable United States law.
An estimate is not a promise that an order will arrive for a birthday, holiday, event, classroom activity, contest, launch, travel date, or other deadline. Customers ordering for a time-sensitive occasion should allow additional time.
5. Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Costs may depend on the products, quantities, package count, destination, printing partner, and selected shipping method.
Promotional shipping offers may have eligibility requirements, exclusions, minimum purchases, dates, or geographic limitations stated with the offer.
6. Expedited and Express Options
An expedited, priority, or express option may be offered only for eligible products, addresses, and printing partners. Availability is determined at checkout and may change.
Unless checkout expressly states that production is included, an upgraded carrier service speeds only the transit stage and does not shorten the time needed to manufacture the item.
7. Split Shipments
Items in the same order may be manufactured by different printing partners or completed at different times. As a result, an order may arrive in multiple packages, on different dates, through different carriers, and with separate tracking numbers.
A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing. Review all shipment notices and tracking information before reporting an incomplete order.
8. Accurate Shipping Information
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP Code, and other requested delivery information before submitting an order.
Please review the confirmation immediately. Contact hello@spinthewheellab.com as soon as possible if you discover an error. We will try to request a correction, but an address change is not guaranteed after the order has entered production or shipping preparation.
9. Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages
Where permitted by law, costs arising from an incomplete, inaccurate, or unsupported customer-supplied address may be the customer’s responsibility. This may include the cost of replacement production or reshipping when the original item cannot be recovered or redirected.
If a package is returned as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or addressed incorrectly, contact us promptly. The available resolution will depend on the package location, carrier status, printing partner, customer responsibility, and applicable law.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because merchandise is made to order, requests to change or cancel an order must be sent immediately. A request is not effective merely because it was submitted, and we cannot guarantee that production can be stopped.
Once an order has entered production, the product design, size, color, quantity, destination, or other details may no longer be changeable, and cancellation may no longer be possible. If we successfully cancel an order before production, amounts collected for the canceled item will be refunded as provided in our Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy.
11. Tracking
When tracking is available, it may be sent by email, displayed in the Shopify order information, or supplied through another order-status method. Tracking may take time to activate after a shipping label is created.
A label-created status does not always mean the carrier already possesses the package. Carrier scans and updates can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily inaccurate.
12. Delayed Production or Shipment
Production or shipment may be delayed by inventory shortages, failed quality checks, unusually large orders, high seasonal demand, severe weather, carrier disruption, labor events, emergencies, address problems, payment review, security review, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the time expressly stated—or, if no time was stated, within the period required by applicable law—we will provide any legally required delay notice. That notice will offer the customer the applicable choice to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped merchandise and receive a prompt refund.
If we determine that an item cannot be produced or shipped, we may cancel the affected item and issue the required refund.
13. Carrier Delays After Shipment
After a package is physically placed with the carrier, delivery is affected by the carrier’s network and conditions outside our direct control. We are not responsible for a carrier delay merely because delivery occurs later than an estimate, but we will provide reasonable assistance and will honor remedies required by law.
A shipping delay does not automatically qualify for reimbursement of unrelated losses, missed events, business losses, replacement purchases, or other consequential costs, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:
- confirm the shipping address shown on the order;
- check the mailbox, entrance, porch, side door, building reception, parcel locker, and other safe-delivery locations;
- ask household members, neighbors, or building staff whether they accepted it; and
- contact the carrier or local delivery office with the tracking number.
If the package remains missing, notify us promptly so we can review the order and determine whether a carrier or Printify inquiry is available. A delivered scan is relevant evidence but does not eliminate a mandatory consumer remedy when the facts or applicable law establish non-delivery.
15. Lost or Stalled Packages
Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the package has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date. Please provide the order number, purchaser email, delivery address, and tracking information.
We may ask you to wait through a reasonable carrier investigation period and cooperate with Printify, the printing partner, or carrier. If the package is confirmed lost or cannot reasonably be located, the available remedy may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or another remedy required by law.
16. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Problems involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy. Contact us within 30 days after delivery, or within any longer period required by law, and include the order information and clear photographs of the item, problem, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.
Do not return an item unless we or the fulfillment provider first supplies return instructions.
17. Risk, Title, and Consumer Rights
Any transfer of title or risk is governed by applicable law and cannot be altered here where the law makes the rule mandatory. Nothing in this policy shifts a legally non-waivable delivery obligation to the customer merely because we use Printify or a third-party carrier.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives a shipping, delivery, cancellation, refund, conformity, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, it controls to the extent of the conflict.
18. Relationship to Other Policies
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy, as well as the product description, checkout disclosures, and any shipping terms expressly displayed for the order.
If provisions conflict, mandatory law controls first. A specific checkout disclosure then controls the shipment it expressly describes, followed by this policy for shipping and fulfillment matters.
19. Changes to Shipping Availability
We may prospectively change supported destinations, products, printing partners, carriers, shipping methods, prices, or fulfillment procedures. A future expansion beyond the United States will not change the destination accepted for an already-completed order.
20. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy prospectively to reflect changes in law, providers, supported destinations, carriers, or business practices. Updated versions will display a revised effective date and will not retroactively remove a right that had already vested.

Service Languages
Language & Localization Notice
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Spin the Wheel Lab is currently an English-language service. Unless we expressly state otherwise, our wheel-building tools, dashboards, AI features, product instructions, documentation, account communications, and customer support are provided in English.
Lemon Squeezy or another checkout provider may display checkout, payment, tax, billing, or customer-portal information in additional languages. A translated checkout does not mean that Spin the Wheel Lab itself, its product content, or its support is available in that language.
This Language & Localization Notice explains the languages in which Spin the Wheel Lab and related third-party transaction services may be presented. It should be read with our Terms of Service, Supplemental Privacy Notice, Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy, AI Use Policy, and applicable purchase and cancellation policies.
1. Who We Are
Spin the Wheel Lab is operated by Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, a natural person conducting business activities in Mexico. References to “Spin the Wheel Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean this business.
2. Current Service Language
Spin the Wheel Lab is currently designed, maintained, and supported in English. Unless a page, feature, product description, or communication expressly identifies another supported language, users should expect the following to be available only in English:
- the Spin the Wheel Lab website and wheel-creation interface;
- wheel settings, dashboards, labels, controls, and feature instructions;
- Vortex AI prompts, controls, generated materials, notices, and limits;
- help materials, tutorials, onboarding, and product documentation;
- customer-service and technical-support communications; and
- our original policies and other business communications, unless a translated version is expressly published.
3. User-Created and AI-Generated Content
Users may be able to enter wheel labels, prompts, or other content in languages other than English. The ability to enter or display such content does not mean that the feature has been translated, localized, reviewed, or tested for that language.
AI systems may sometimes understand or produce text in additional languages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, fluency, cultural suitability, availability, moderation, or consistent performance of AI output in any language. AI output must be reviewed by a qualified human before use, especially where meaning, safety, accessibility, or cultural context matters.
4. Lemon Squeezy Checkout Localization
Digital Lab Packs, Wheel Plus, and Vortex Pro subscriptions may be sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy may automatically display its checkout, payment, tax, receipt, billing, or customer-portal interface in a language selected through browser settings, checkout configuration, location, or Lemon Squeezy’s own localization system.
Lemon Squeezy’s translated transaction interface applies to the parts of the purchase and billing experience that Lemon Squeezy operates. It does not translate Spin the Wheel Lab’s software, wheel tools, AI features, documentation, policies, or customer support and does not represent that those materials are available in the checkout language.
5. Shopify and Other Third-Party Services
Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, Google, Printify, payment providers, browser tools, or other third parties may display their own interfaces, notices, receipts, accessibility tools, or policies in additional languages. Those translations are provided and controlled by the applicable third party.
The availability of a third-party translation does not create a promise that Spin the Wheel Lab will provide its service, product support, or policies in the same language.
6. Translations We May Provide
We may publish a Spanish version or another translation of a policy, notice, instruction, or page when required by law or when we determine that doing so would improve accessibility or communication. We may also use qualified translators, translation software, or machine-assisted translation as part of that process.
A translation will identify its purpose or status where appropriate. Users should contact us if a translated passage appears materially different from the corresponding original or creates uncertainty about a purchase, privacy choice, cancellation, or legal right.
7. Automated Browser Translation
A browser, device, search engine, accessibility tool, or third-party service may offer to translate Spin the Wheel Lab automatically. We do not control those translations and cannot guarantee that they preserve technical meanings, limitations, legal terminology, pricing information, cancellation instructions, or feature descriptions.
Users should not rely solely on an automated translation when making a purchase or exercising a legal or privacy right. If wording is unclear, please contact us before completing the relevant action.
8. Purchases and Informed Understanding
Before purchasing, customers should review the product description, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, refund rules, technical requirements, and this English-language limitation. Please contact us before purchase if you need clarification about whether the service will be usable for your intended purpose.
Nothing in this section limits a disclosure, remedy, translation, cancellation right, or other protection that applicable law requires the merchant of record or Spin the Wheel Lab to provide.
9. Mandatory Language and Consumer Rights
This Notice does not waive or replace any mandatory language, disclosure, accessibility, privacy, or consumer-protection requirement. If the law applicable to a particular consumer or transaction requires information to be provided in a particular language, that requirement will apply to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded.
If we provide English and Spanish versions of a policy, the versions are intended to communicate substantially equivalent terms. For consumers in Mexico, the Spanish version and mandatory Mexican law will control to the extent required by law. For other users, the English version will control to the extent permitted by applicable law and unless the translated version expressly states otherwise.
10. No Expansion of Supported Languages
The publication of a translated policy, checkout page, isolated notice, advertisement, or help message does not by itself mean that the entire Spin the Wheel Lab service or customer-support program has become available in that language. A supported product or support language will be identified expressly.
11. Changes to Language Availability
We may add, test, modify, or discontinue translations or localized features prospectively. We may also correct translation errors. Any change will remain subject to applicable law and will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Responsable del servicio
Spin the Wheel Lab es operado por Casandra Joy Wiley Greene, persona física con actividad empresarial en México, con RFC GECA871227328 y domicilio en Boulevard Salomón González, número exterior 4251, interior 6, Colonia Patria Nueva, C.P. 29045, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, México.
21. Usos prohibidos
No puede utilizar el servicio para:
- delitos, fraude, engaño, amenazas, explotación infantil, odio, acoso o daño;
- evadir límites, moderación, pagos, controles de acceso o medidas de seguridad;
- extraer código, prompts ocultos, credenciales o datos de otros usuarios;
- sobrecargar, automatizar abusivamente, interferir o intentar acceso no autorizado;

5. Origen de los datos
Podemos obtener datos:
- directamente de usted al crear una cuenta, comprar, configurar una rueda, usar IA o solicitar soporte;
- de Shopify respecto de cuenta, tienda, checkout o cliente;
- de Lemon Squeezy respecto de compras, suscripciones, derechos de acceso y facturación;

- atender soporte, reportes, reembolsos, cancelaciones y disputas;
- autenticar, aplicar límites, prevenir fraude, abuso y acceso no autorizado;
- mantener, diagnosticar, proteger y mejorar la estabilidad técnica;
- cumplir obligaciones fiscales, contables, de consumo, privacidad y procesos legales; y
- establecer, ejercer o defender derechos y reclamaciones.
8. Vortex AI, Cloudflare y OpenAI
No comparta datos sensibles.

18. Venta y publicidad dirigida
