A Vortex Pro subscriber can submit up to 40 Vortex AI requests during a single day, provided the 300-request monthly limit has not already been reached.
The daily limit resets at 12:00 a.m. UTC.

All Vortex AI requests also count toward a maximum of 300 requests during each calendar month.

THE LIMITS WORK TOGETHER
40 requests per day does not mean unlimited monthly use.
Subscribers may submit up to 40 requests on an individual day, but only until the account reaches 300 requests during the calendar month. Once the 300-request limit is reached, Vortex AI pauses until the next calendar month begins.

Even though the standard daily limit is 40, only 15 requests would be available because the calendar-month total cannot exceed 300.
What counts as one request? Each submitted Vortex AI action—such as generating, remixing, simplifying, or elevating a result—counts as one request.
When do the limits reset? Daily limits reset at 12:00 a.m. UTC. Monthly limits reset at 12:00 a.m. UTC on the first day of each calendar month, regardless of the subscriber’s purchase date, billing date, renewal date, or payment cycle.
Limits are subject to change. Vortex AI request limits, reset schedules, included tools, features, and availability may be modified at any time to support system performance, reliability, fair use, security, product updates, or other operational needs.

Spin the Wheel Lab access happens through your website account, but subscription billing is managed through Lemon Squeezy. Use the Lemon Squeezy billing portal to view payment history, download invoices, update payment methods, cancel, or manage your subscription. For the cleanest calibration, use the same email address you used at checkout.
Lab Pack purchases are one-time digital unlocks. Wheel Plus and Vortex Pro are monthly subscriptions managed through Lemon Squeezy.

How do I access my purchase?
Open the Spin the Wheel Lab account area, enter the same email address used during Lemon Squeezy checkout, and use the one-time numeric code sent to your inbox. Your Lab Pack, Wheel Plus, or Vortex Pro access is connected to that checkout email.
Where is the account area?

I bought a Lab Pack. Where do I go?
Use the Lab Pack gallery on this page to open the wheel included with your purchase. Lab Packs are one-time digital unlocks for one themed premium wheel and its matching sticker set.
Where are my Lab Pack stickers?
Your stickers are inside the wheel’s Quick Tweaks panel. Open a segment, use the Image dropdown, then scroll or search the name of your Lab Pack to find the matching sticker set.
Do I need to buy a Lab Pack if I have Wheel Plus or Vortex Pro?
Usually, no. Wheel Plus and Vortex Pro unlock broader access, so you may already have access to many premium wheels and stickers without buying individual Lab Packs separately.
I have Wheel Plus. Should I upgrade to Vortex Pro?
Upgrade to Vortex Pro if you want Vortex AI, saved wheels, dashboards, quick spin access, and advanced saved wheel tools. Wheel Plus is better if you mainly want premium wheels, stickers, spin modes, Snap Spin Wheels, and ad-free use.
I have Vortex Pro. Do I also need Wheel Plus?
No. Vortex Pro includes everything in Wheel Plus, so you do not need both subscriptions active unless you intentionally purchased duplicate access.
How do I save a wheel with Vortex Pro?
Open the wheel first, customize it if needed, then use the plus button on that wheel to send it to your dashboard. The dashboard is where saved wheels live after they have been added from the wheel itself.
What if my access does not appear right away?
First, confirm that you are signed in with the exact same email address used at checkout. If your access still does not appear, wait a moment for the lab machinery to finish syncing, then contact support with your checkout email.
Do I get a physical product?
No. Lab Packs, Wheel Plus, and Vortex Pro are digital Spin the Wheel Lab products, so no physical product will be shipped.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Wheel Plus and Vortex Pro subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy, where you can cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle.
